Shipping policy
Shipping – Italy
Our products are shipped via GLS Italia Express Courier or BRT Express Courier, which will deliver the product fully packaged and undamaged. If these conditions are not met, the delivery must be refused.
Goods are usually delivered within 24/48 hours (excluding courier delays, storage issues), except for Minor Islands, where delivery may take 72 hours from payment confirmation and order processing. Delivery times are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
We recommend our customers to be at home and reachable by phone/mobile within 48 working hours to receive delivery. Couriers attempt delivery a maximum of two times. If the customer is absent on both attempts, they will be contacted by our customer service, which will offer two solutions to receive the package:

Pickup at courier depot – the customer can collect the package at the nearest branch at no additional cost.

Third delivery attempt – if the customer cannot collect it, a third delivery can be arranged at an additional cost of €3.
International Shipping (Europe)
Our products are shipped via GLS Italia Express Courier, which will deliver the product fully packaged and undamaged. If these conditions are not met, the delivery must be refused.

Express Service (DHL): €15 – delivery in approx. 2 working days

Standard Service (GLS): €9.90 – delivery in approx. 5–7 working days
Orders are usually delivered within 72/96 hours from order processing.
Switzerland (Non-EU)
Shipments to Switzerland will take 7–9 working days from order processing, as deliveries are carried out via registered mail.
