Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206 of September 6, 2005), if the Customer is a Consumer (meaning a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, i.e. does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the LOPANI EYEWEAR order form), they have the right to withdraw from the Purchase Contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations, with additional shipping costs of €9.00 (cash payment to the courier) borne by the purchaser.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication to LOPANI EYEWEAR within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must be sent by email (lopanieyewear@gmail.com) or via telephone support at 0813358173 – OS GROUP SRL.
Once the withdrawal notice has been received, LOPANI EYEWEAR will inform the customer of the instructions for returning the goods. The return will be collected by our courier through a service called EXCHANGE; therefore, our company will handle the entire return procedure. We also accept returns organized directly by the customer, subject to prior confirmation with our administration.
The product will be exchanged within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the goods by LOPANI EYEWEAR. The exchange may be made for any other product from our collection; if the chosen product has a higher price than the one previously purchased, the customer must pay the difference.
LOPANI EYEWEAR reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the returned products are without the original packaging, show signs of use, are missing accessories, or present other defects and/or deficiencies that compromise the integrity of the product.
Right of Withdrawal – Abroad
Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206 of September 6, 2005), if the Customer is a Consumer (meaning a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, i.e. does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the LOPANI EYEWEAR order form), they have the right to withdraw from the Purchase Contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations, with additional shipping costs of €22.00 borne by the purchaser.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication to LOPANI EYEWEAR within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must be sent by email (lopanieyewear@gmail.com).
Once the withdrawal notice has been received, LOPANI EYEWEAR will inform the customer of the instructions for returning the goods, which will be collected by our courier and must be delivered to our premises.
Refunds
How are returns refunded?
To request a return, the Customer can contact us at lopanieyewear@gmail.com or call our company number 0813358173, providing their order number, first and last name. We will immediately provide instructions, methods, and timing for the processing of the return procedure.
The Customer will be refunded within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods by LOPANI EYEWEAR. The refund will equal the cost of the purchased and returned products, minus a flat shipping fee of €9.00 (which includes shipping and collection costs). If the customer arranges the shipment independently, €4.50 will be deducted from the refund.
LOPANI EYEWEAR reserves the right to reject any return request if the returned products are without the original packaging, show signs of use, are missing accessories, or present other defects and/or deficiencies that compromise the integrity of the product.
Defects and Non-Conformity
Upon delivery, the Buyer must check the received goods and, if obvious anomalies or defects are found, MUST notify the seller within 48 working hours from receipt of the purchased goods. Otherwise, the damage will be considered accidental and not attributable to us.
In the case of a conformity defect, LOPANI EYEWEAR will restore product compliance by replacing the purchased item.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods is automatically transferred to the buyer when they (or a third party appointed by them other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
The product will be replaced within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods by us.
